Mr. Kun is the founder of ARTDiCO, a game animation portfolio center. After graduating from Goldsmiths, University of London, he worked as a game artist and designer at R2Games, Glacier Network, and Hedgie.io.Founded in 2021, ARTDiCO bridges art and tech innovation in game education. Under Mr. Kun's leadership, ARTDiCO ranked 35th globally in the 2024 theRookies rankings and became an Unreal Engine authorized training center.A respected educator and designer, Mr. Kun has guided hundreds of students through workshops and events. He serves as an executive committee member of GlobalGameJam and president of IGDA Shenzhen, actively nurturing game animation talent with a global perspective.

Winnie is a British Council-certified study abroad consultant and Nottingham Trent University graduate with extensive UK work and study experience. Currently a Zhaoqing People's Congress representative in Guangdong Province, she maintains close ties with international institutions and deeply understands their admission standards.Winnie prioritizes "fit"—through detailed consultations, she identifies each student's personality, interests, and goals to match them with ideal programs. From major selection to application polish, she guides students toward their dream schools.An expert document tutor, Winnie uncovers students' unique qualities and crafts compelling applications that meet institutional expectations. Her students achieve 100% acceptance rates at top schools including Cornell, Columbia, CMU, NYU, USC, and UAL. She has guided hundreds to international education success.

Executive Leadership

Hua graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of Manchester and is a co-founder of IGDA Shenzhen. Proficient in Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints) and Unity (C#), he brings extensive expertise in game programming, real-time rendering, and animation technology. As ARTDiCO's Game Development Mentor and Epic-certified Unreal Engine Instructor, Xia has trained over 100 students in professional game programming pipelines, material systems, and animation state machines. He also serves as Game Developer at 888MACO, leading engine development, animation pipeline architecture, and real-time systems. With strong technical foundations and rich teaching experience, Xia is dedicated to cultivating professional game programming talent.

Mr. An graduated from Academy of Art University, San Francisco, ranking 7th in Jilin Province's art exams and 1st in sketching. As an ARTDiCO instructor specializing in concept design and creative education, he combines years of industry and teaching experience.Since 2019, Mr. An has worked on popular projects including "Balala the Fairies," "Backkom Bear," "Naruto," and QQ Music's "Stars and Youth." He integrates real industry cases and cutting-edge methods into teaching, earning recognition as a "practical mentor."As Education Director, Mr. An understands top school admission standards and industry hiring needs, pursuing dual goals: elite school placement and career readiness. He guides students to dream schools while building foundations for professional success.

She is the leader of the ARTDiCO pig-cat gang. Her fur is exceptionally soft and smooth. She grumbles when touched and is particularly quiet, but she's especially nice to her colleagues. She likes to work alongside colleagues' computer mice.

Dave Amor is founder of Higher Insights and international education advisor for ARTDiCO. A University of Leeds graduate in Modern Chinese Studies, Dave has worked in international education across Taiwan, China, and the UK since the early 2000s, holding roles from education consultant to director of admissions during Asia's study-abroad boom. In 2023, Dave founded Higher Insights to provide market research, data analysis, and strategic consulting to higher education institutions. His deep expertise and global partnerships support universities across the UK, China, and Southeast Asia. A seasoned strategist and cross-cultural communicator, Dave guided hundreds of recruitment projects during 16 years at INTO University Partnerships. He authored British Council research reports on student mobility in China and Southeast Asia and served as research advisor at BONARD and partnership director at LGE, establishing himself as an authority in international education data and recruitment strategy.
